And I have other sheep [beside these] that are not of this fold. I must bring and impel those also; and they will listen to My voice and heed My call, and so there will be [they will become] one flock under one Shepherd. AMPC
Jesus has a problem. His sheep is scattered all over the world and He wants to unite them as one fold under His shepherdship. (Not sure if this grammar exists but you sure understand the intent).
Jesus has been here for His earthly assignments. His coming back is to gather the saints unto Himself. Therefore He cannot do the physical work of evangelism and gathering of His sheep. He needs us.
He depends on us to bring these other sheep of His together so there can be one fold and one shepherd. This is why He gave us the commandment in Mark 16:15 to go into all the world and preach the gospel.
In John 15:16, He said He chose us and ordained us that we might go and bring forth fruit and that our fruit may abide. Obedience to His commandment is a recipe to enjoying His blessings.
Soul winning and soul establishment are at the heart of God's commandments. Whoever wants to walk in the ceaseless flow of His grace must be a soul winner.
Would you obey Him? Would you reach out to someone today with the love of Christ? Jesus expects you and depends on you. Don't fail Him.
