After a recap of the prophesy focus for the year 2017, we got to know today that our God is a God of knowledge, nothing has ever surprised him and that nothing can ever surprise him.
He is the fountain of wisdom, he is the author of knowledge, he is the spring well of understanding. Therefore if you walk with him, he also makes you a person of knowledge and so nothing will ever surprise you. Before anything happens, he will tell you of them.
Genesis 18: 17-18 (King James Version) reads:
17 And the Lord said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do;
18 Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?
Even without being asked, He was already going to reveal to Father Abraham what He was going to do because of their relationship.
Deuteronomy 29: 29 (King James Version) reads:
29 The secret things belong unto the Lord our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.
He is a God of secrets but He does not hide himself from those who walk in uprightness of heart with Him. He choses whom He reveals His secrets to.
In Daniel 2: 16-23, the revelation of secrets preserved Daniel from perishing with the rest of the wise men of Babylon.
Psalm 33: 18-19 (King James Version) reads:
18 Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;19 To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.
The secret to surviving the current economic situation is to fear God and hope in His mercy.
